Our Customer Services team is available to assist you Monday toFriday, from 8:30 am until 6:30 pm.

Q: How do I update my contact information or delivery address?

For any changes to your account information, please email our Customer Services on Sales@salvo1968.co.uk 

Q: What should I do if I have an issue with a product?

We do ask our customers to check their order upon delivery and let the driver know as soon as you notice any visible damage/issues with any products. Our driver will then note everything prior to you signing the delivery note.

Q: Do you have an app?

Yes, we do currently have an app. The app is available both on android and apple.

Q: How do I create an account?

You can create your online account online. It is a quick process and should not take more than 3-5 minutes.

Q: How do I delete an account?
