Q: What are the accepted payment methods you use?
Visa Debit, Mastercard, PayPal and American Express
Q: Can I pay via standing order?
Currently payment needs to be made at point of checkout. Once payment is made, you will receive your order number.
Q: Do you offer subscriptions or recurring payment options?
We do not offer a direct debit currently.
Q: Can I use gift cards or promo codes at checkout?
We do offer at times promotional/ seasonal codes to customers that are subscribed to our newsletters.
Q: Are there any additional fees for certain payment methods?
No, there are no extra fees for any of the accepted payment methods.
Q: Can I update my payment method after placing an order?
Payment can only be updated before the order is confirmed. Once an order is processed, changes are not possible.
If your payment fails, you will be prompted to try again or use an alternative payment method. Orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.
