Q: The item I want is out of stock – will it be restocked?
You will not be able to see this online, however our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to assist and offer an update. Contact them via phone or Whatsapp.
Q: Are there alternatives if a product is unavailable?
We do have alternatives to offer on most of our products. Feel free to contact your sales representative or our Customer Services Team for advice.
Q: Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?
Currently, we do not have an automated service to offer an update. Our Customer services Team are here to help.
Q: Can I pre-order a product before it comes back in stock?
You can not pre-order an item.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been invoiced. Do call our customer Services or message us on Whatsapp if you do wish to cancel the order.
Q: Can I reserve an item that’s currently in stock?
I am afraid you are unable to reserve an item as we dispatch on a first come first serve basis.
Q: Do you stock all products shown online in every depo?
We stock centrally from Cheshunt

Q: Can I request delivery to multiple sites or branches?
No, you would need to set an account for each sites.
Q: How often do you restock popular items?
We aim to restock every 2 days. This dependant on Customs, as occasionally we can incur delays.
Q: Do you deliver outside UK?
We do not offer international deliveries. We deliver to UK mainland via our vans or third party.
